Popular Hip Hop DJ K-Swift, born Khia Edgerton, died from a head injury sustained in a swimming pool accident at her home in Baltimore, Maryland (7/21/2008). The 28-year-old started DJ’ing at age 11 and was the only female in the country to hold the title of Mix Show Coordinator.
